Plants, Herbs, & Butter - Oh My!

This class is FREE and open to the public. Pre-registration is not required but appreciated ([email protected]).

All ages are welcome. (Parents/guardians must remain with their children.)

Description: In this class, students will...

Learn about plants and their different applications.

Learn about herbs, their different uses, and their role in the plant world.

Understand the science behind making butter — by making butter from scratch in class!

At the end of class, students will have the opportunity to make and take home ¼ of a stick of butter — and they'll be able to customize their butter with different herbs, like basil and chives.

We will also have honey and cinnamon available to make honey butter.
