Lisa grounds her Shine practice in a 35-year human resources career working across diverse sectors and geographies, most recently as the Chief Human Resources Officer of the Gates foundation. Lisa brings passion, courage, authenticity, integrity, adventure and joy to all she does. She believes that if it’s not energizing, it is probably not worth doing. After raising a family and living in Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Singapore, New Jersey, Chile and Seattle, Lisa and her husband Kevin Cox now live full time in their “happy place” in Chincoteague. Lisa looks forward to being an active member of the Chincoteague business community.
