All-Season Rate: $995/Week
A weekly stay from Saturday to Saturday at the Happiness Apartment is surprisingly simple, as well as economical. Just $995 a week (plus 12.3% tax). We are open from April to November, weather permitting.
The rental agreement is non-cancellable. If for any reason the renter cannot be available, the time period may be changed to another available period.
There is no additional charge for cleaning, as many rentals do. Linens and towels are provided, but visitors may provide their own if they desire.
All rates plus 12.3% taxes — No security deposit — Pay by cash or check only.
50% due at the time of reservation (non-refundable) and the balance is due anytime prior to arrival.
Agreement is non-refundable, refund or credit given if re-rented.
Smoking and Pets are not permitted.
