Relax and enjoy the serenity of a quiet, secluded neighborhood in this dog friendly home. Teaguer is a newly renovated, tastefully decorated cottage that has a bedroom and den on the first floor and a master suite on the second. There is an open deck, as well as a screened porch, that overlook the Eel Creek Marsh. Enjoy cooking with the gas grill after a day at the beach or birding (or shopping, or kayaking, or biking or….). As the evening progresses, you will find that Teaguer is designed for your comfort with a LazyBoy sofa and recliner. Although “tucked away”, Teaguer is conveniently located near Maddox Blvd. and the Chincoteague Pony Center.
