A CHARMING ISLAND HOME IN THE HEART OF
DOWNTOWN CHINCOTEAGUE!
GENERAL INFORMATION
This is a very charming traditional island home. It is situated in the
downtown section of Chincoteague Island. It is very convenient to and
within walking distance of gift shops, galleries, restaurants, grocery
stores, churches, the library the movie theater, boating, fishing and
much more.
The 3 bedroom/1.5 bathroom house is air conditioned and is fully
furnished with everything necessary for comfortable leisure living. This
includes cable TV, the dishes, tableware, pots/pans, microwave, and
washer/dryer. Please bring your own linens (Q/2D/T). |
 PLEASE NOTE
1. The MAX ACCOMMODATION of seven persons (Q/2D/T) for the house must
not be exceeded under any circumstances
2. No pets are allowed in the house or at the Wildlife Refuge and beach.
3. 50% deposit is required with reservation. Balance due 30 days prior
to arrival.
4. A $45 Cleaning Free is required per stay.
5. Check-in time is after 3 p.m.
6. Check-out time is 10 a.m.
