ABOARD THE LITTLE DUCK

I am a true native of Chincoteague. I have lived here my whole life. I started clamming when I was 14 in a “down the bay” boat with Chincoteague native Doug Jester. I began hunting the marshes around Chincoteague and Assateague Islands not long after that. I have been fishing my whole life. I was raised on the water.

I began taking people out for scenic, fishing or hunting trips about 35 years ago because I love Chincoteague Island and the waters and wildlife around it so much I wanted to share it with everyone else. I love to see the look on a child’s face when he or she experiences nature in such a “hands on” way.

Join me for a “catch your own dinner” experience aboard my 24’ Carolina Skiff (with bathroom). We will clam and fish and you can eat what you catch for dinner that night. Crabbing trips must be arranged in advance. Deep sea or bay fishing trips are available.

Charter a nature cruise to see ponies, bald eagles, dolphin, and other native wildlife. Custom tours upon request.

Call for waterfowl hunting seasons and prices to make your reservations. Enjoy buffleheads, mergansers, black ducks, brant, and gadwalls to name a few.
