Two newly renovated one-bedroom Kottages decorated with relaxation in mind. Conveniently located on Mumford Street, just off Main Street in Chincoteague, these Kottages offer easy access to beaches, shopping and restaurants.

Each cottage:

• Sleeps four with queen bed and pull-out sleeper
• Window Air Conditioner and Electric Heat
• Full kitchen
• Wireless Internet
• Dish Network with access to local Baltimore channels
• DVD, VCR, AM/FM CD player
• Games and books
• Full library of movies to choose from

Outside common area has grill, table and chairs for your use. Linens are not provided, but can be rented for an addition fee. Owners are on site and are there to make your stay a great one.
