An historic waterman's 19th century 4-bedroom Victorian home newly renovated with central air conditioning and central beat; new range and refrigerator and lots of antique charm. In addition there is a new television with a DVD/VCR player and cable channels. There is a washer and dryer (bring your own sheets, pillowcases and towels), microwave, and other small appliances.

The house easily sleeps 7 with a king-sized bed; a double bed; and three twin-sized beds. There is also a sleep-sofa in the living room that opens to a queen-sized bed. Relax on the screened porch. The house also has its own off-street parking that can accommodate two vehicles.

Enjoy the beach; see wild ponies and migratory birds on the Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge; and view spectacular sunsets. The house is walking distance to quaint crafts and antique shops in town.
