In his thirty years as a general contractor, David Burgess has built more than seventy new homes, including the more than a dozen deluxe custom-designed waterfront homes built over the past decade along the Chincoteague Bay. A licensed electrician and plumber, as well as a Class A contractor, Burgess is personally skilled in every aspect of construction and is known for the care and attention that goes into his work. His references speak to his high standard of professional and personal integrity.
Burgess does a variety of jobs, large and small, commercial and residential, with remodeling of older homes one of his specialties (a century-old home was, in one instance, moved a half-mile to a waterfront site for complete restoration).
