The Island Family YMCA provides programs and special events to Chincoteague and surrounding communities.  Our mission is "To put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all."

We offer cardio and strength training equipment, group exercise classes such as Pilates, Boot Camp, Good Morning Stretch, and Yoga. 

Visitors are welcome and daily and weekly rates are available.
